Developing a Niche

Do you need a niche? The answer is no. But many massage therapists find that identifying a particular niche—or two or three—is one of the simplest and most powerful things they can do to take their business to the next level. This presentation with Tad Hargrave will look at the possibilities and the limitations of niche marketing for massage therapists.

Tad is an innovator, social entrepreneur and change maker, as well as one of North America's younger (and most unusual) marketing consultants. Since 2001, Tad has been running Radical Business a marketing consulting business for "green", locally owned, sustainable, holistic, life-affirming and otherwise conscious entrepreneurs who are struggling with their cashflow, not attracting as many clients as they want and who don't "love" the idea of marketing.He does the majority of his events on a pay-what-you-can basis so that they can be affordable to all. He was recently featured in the book Global Uprising and was chosen as one of the thirty leading young visionaries in North America by Utne Reader magazine.
