A Guide to Self Care
A therapist is a healer. Instead of chemicals and drugs, a therapist uses their hands, mind, body and spirit to bring about positive, healthy change within the client. Just as surgeons, mechanics, and building contractors must spend time on the maintenance of the tools they use, so must a massage therapist. In giving so much of ones self in the care and healing of others, it would stand to reason therapists must take proper care of the tools they use. In this presentation, we will look at ways you can utilize to better your chances of caring for your most important piece of equipment…YOU!
