Rick Boden began his career as a Spa Director, overseeing spa services in the Mirage Hotel and the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. He become a massage therapist in 1991 and went on to own and operate his own day spa for over 10 years, later becoming a Massage Envy franchisee. As the current Director of Employee Brand Engagement and Education for Massage Envy Corporate, he has created numerous training programs for massage therapists. He is passionate about helping massage therapists learn how to care for themselves in order to remain in the profession for as long as they like.
