Deep Tissue Unwinding

Deep Tissue Unwinding is a simple Five step process that helps clients disperse superficial tension and settle into the massage table. The technique utilizes a fluid combination of gentle rocking, slow deep compressions, myofascial elongation strokes, targeted pressure point holds and integrative movement to unwind and relax the client. These techniques are easy to integrate into any routine or can be used as a standalone therapy.
