Pediatric massage is an evidence-informed safe and effective way to provide appropriate tactile stimulation to encourage a child’s growth and development. The greatest benefit is received by the child when the experience is accompanied by nurturing intention, mutual respect and connection. In this engaging presentation, you'll discover the benefits that can be achieved during a relaxing thirty minute full body session, or simply by massaging the hands or feet for a few moments. You'll also learn to adjust your techniques for these little clients and how to have fun with developmentally appropriate tactile activities.
