Management and fulfillment of prize draws are the sole responsibility of the vendor. Contact vendor directly for questions.

The winner will be notified on June 15, 2011 by way of email to the address provided and the winner will have five days to respond to the vendor’s notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond to vendor’s email will result in forfeit of the prize.

Vendors may not be able to ship/deliver prizes to all countries and entrants from ineligible countries will be removed prior to the selection process.

By entering your information you are giving the vendor permission to correspond with you by email. The vendor is obligated to provide you with instructions for opting out of email communication if you no longer wish to receive correspondence.
