If you have a phone or an Internet connection you can attend the conference. You don’t have to travel anywhere, you don’t have to rent a hotel room, you don’t have to eat lousy restaurant food, and you don’t even have to get dressed up. That's good for you and the environment.
To attend the conference, start by registering here. Once you are registered, you’ll be able to log into a private members area by entering your username and password at the top of any page.
To listen to presentations, go through the conference schedule in the member's area and decide what presentations you would like to attend. At the time of the selected presentation you can either:
- Login to World Massage Conference and listen to the presentation on your computer. This works even on slow dial up connections.
- Or call the telephone number we give you and listen to the presentation by telephone.
You will be able to download and follow along with any notes the presenter has provided or follow a PowerPoint slide show as the speaker presents the material. During each presentation, you can ask the presenter questions by typing them in the Q&A box. After the live presentation, you'll be able to watch video that complements the presentation.
Our presenters will be going into the chat room immediately following their presentation, so you'll have a chance to communicate with them personally. Or if you choose, discuss presentations by posting on interactive discussion boards set up for each presentation. If you can’t attend a live presentation, it’s no problem. All presentations are recorded and you can listen to a replay of each presentation through streaming audio immediately after it’s finished. You can also download the presentation recordings and listen to them offline on your computer or MP3 player or burn them to CDs. You’ll also be able to access written transcripts of selected presentations and read them at your leisure after the presentation.
